STEAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,698 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C4B, CRTAP, and FAP. Each is linked with STEAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP2 versus C4B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
