Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,532 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STEAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP2-AS1, STEAP1, and WIF1. Each is linked with STEAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP2 versus STEAP2-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
