STEAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, PEDS1-UBE2V1, and ZFPL1. Each is linked with STEAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASEH2A grouped by STEAP2-low versus STEAP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
