Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STEAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with STEAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by STEAP2-low versus STEAP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
