STEAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,297 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP2, FAM3C, and FAM3C2P. Each is linked with STEAP1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP1 versus STEAP2 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
