STEAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,648 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, P3H1, and ANXA1. Each is linked with STEAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP1 versus CRTAP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
