Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,904 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STEAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP2, STEAP2-AS1, and SLC2A11. Each is linked with STEAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP1 versus STEAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
