STEAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11AP2, RNU6-13P, and MIR6737. Each is linked with STEAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP1-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB11AP2 grouped by STEAP1-low versus STEAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
