STC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,141 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STC1, NOCT, and XPOT. Each is linked with STC2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC2-to-partner and partner-to-STC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STC2 versus STC1 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
