STC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,128 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCR1, P4HA1, and PGK1_S203. Each is linked with STC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC2-to-partner and partner-to-STC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STC2 versus PYCR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
