STC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,888 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFKFB4, FGD2, and SUSD3. Each is linked with STC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC2-to-partner and partner-to-STC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STC2 versus PFKFB4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
