Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, RAD51, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with STC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC2-to-partner and partner-to-STC2 results are reported.
