STC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,841 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LOXL2, VTN, and LOX. Each is linked with STC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC1-to-partner and partner-to-STC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STC1 versus LOXL2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
