Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,996 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGLN3, PLOD2, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with STC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC1-to-partner and partner-to-STC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STC1 versus EGLN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
