STC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-805P, ANKRD26P2, and EXOC7P1. Each is linked with STC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STC1-to-partner and partner-to-STC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-805P grouped by STC1-low versus STC1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
