Across TCGA patient cohorts, STBD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,774 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, HSPB8, and CEP128. Each is linked with STBD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STBD1-to-partner and partner-to-STBD1 results are reported.
