Across TCGA cell cohorts, STBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,654 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STBD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endosome organization, Lysosomal transport, and Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with STBD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STBD1-to-partner and partner-to-STBD1 results are reported.
