Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STAU2P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STAU2P1 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher STAU2P1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STAU2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV are the cancer types where STAU2P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
