STAU2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAU2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,234 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAU2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC42P6, HNRNPKP4, and EIF4HP1. Each is linked with STAU2P1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU2P1-to-partner and partner-to-STAU2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAU2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAU2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
