Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,421 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAU2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA2, TNFAIP8, and VCPIP1_S757. Each is linked with STAU2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU2-to-partner and partner-to-STAU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAU2 versus NCOA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
