Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAU2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F5, MTERF3, and RAD54B. Each is linked with STAU2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU2-to-partner and partner-to-STAU2 results are reported.
