Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAU2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP358, RN7SL483P, and RN7SL607P. Each is linked with STAU2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU2-to-partner and partner-to-STAU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP358 grouped by STAU2-low versus STAU2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
