Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAU2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with STAU2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU2-to-partner and partner-to-STAU2 results are reported.
