Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,047 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAU2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anterograde dendritic transport of messenger ribonucleoprotein complex, Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and Positive regulation of long-term synaptic depression. Each is linked with STAU2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU2-to-partner and partner-to-STAU2 results are reported.
