Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,171 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFDN4, GID8, and RAB22A. Each is linked with STAU1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU1-to-partner and partner-to-STAU1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAU1 versus PFDN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
