Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,082 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAU1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, Positive regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell, and Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with STAU1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU1-to-partner and partner-to-STAU1 results are reported.
