Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,239 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALE, TAF10, and ACY1. Each is linked with STAU1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAU1-to-partner and partner-to-STAU1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAU1 versus GALE in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
