STAT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,348 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DGKA, IFI16, and SPINT2. Each is linked with STAT6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT6-to-partner and partner-to-STAT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT6 versus DGKA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
