STAT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, LINC01784, and RNA5SP191. Each is linked with STAT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT6-to-partner and partner-to-STAT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7976 grouped by STAT6-low versus STAT6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
