STAT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,487 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RCSD1, and SASH3. Each is linked with STAT4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT4-to-partner and partner-to-STAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT4 versus RASAL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
