Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,437 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCML4, IKZF3, and PRKCB. Each is linked with STAT4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT4-to-partner and partner-to-STAT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT4 versus SCML4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
