STAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-791P, XAGE1B, and RNA5SP229. Each is linked with STAT4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT4-to-partner and partner-to-STAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-791P grouped by STAT4-low versus STAT4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
