STAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAD, PRSS45P, and SLC36A3. Each is linked with STAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT4-to-partner and partner-to-STAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAD grouped by STAT4-low versus STAT4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
