STAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,710 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, OAS2, and XAF1. Each is linked with STAT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT2-to-partner and partner-to-STAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT2 versus STAT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
