STAT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,997 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAS3, OAS2, and STAT1. Each is linked with STAT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT2-to-partner and partner-to-STAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT2 versus OAS3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
