STAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECEL1P3, FXYD6P1, and PTTG1. Each is linked with STAT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT2-to-partner and partner-to-STAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECEL1P3 grouped by STAT2-low versus STAT2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
