STAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,339 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2L6, IRF9, and ISG15. Each is linked with STAT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT1-to-partner and partner-to-STAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT1 versus UBE2L6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
