Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,364 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to interleukin-9, Negative regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development, and Interleukin-9-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with STAT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT1-to-partner and partner-to-STAT1 results are reported.
