The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher STARD9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STARD9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and READ are the cancer types where STARD9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
