Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02877, CHEK1, and RASSF3. Each is linked with STARD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD9-to-partner and partner-to-STARD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02877 grouped by STARD9-low versus STARD9-high in SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
