Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with STARD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD9-to-partner and partner-to-STARD9 results are reported.
