STARD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,684 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIF1, SPAST, and SUPT6H. Each is linked with STARD7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD7-to-partner and partner-to-STARD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD7 versus RIF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
