Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,838 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANO1, RGS4, and CFAP58. Each is linked with STARD7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD7-to-partner and partner-to-STARD7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD7 versus ANO1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
