STARD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, eIF4E, and HSP70. Each is linked with STARD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD7-to-partner and partner-to-STARD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by STARD7-low versus STARD7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
