Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,713 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with STARD7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD7-to-partner and partner-to-STARD7 results are reported.
