Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,717 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP25, and CORO1A. Each is linked with STARD5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD5-to-partner and partner-to-STARD5 results are reported.
