The most reproducible STARD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3OR16-9, IGLV2-14, and IGLV2-11. Each is linked with STARD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD5-to-partner and partner-to-STARD5 results are reported.
