Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,433 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of location, Maintenance of location in cell, and Positive regulation of protein localization to cell periphery. Each is linked with STARD5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD5-to-partner and partner-to-STARD5 results are reported.
