Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ATM, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with STARD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD4-to-partner and partner-to-STARD4 results are reported.
