Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD3NL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,837 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD3NL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, PSMA2, and KLHL7. Each is linked with STARD3NL in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD3NL-to-partner and partner-to-STARD3NL results are reported.
